Manufacturing Base

Production Processes
Yunli's rubber production starts with material preparation and compounding, followed by extrusion or molding, curing, cooling, dimensional control, finishing, and inspection according to product specifications.
EPDM sealing profiles are produced through continuous extrusion and curing for customized cross-sections used in doors, windows, architectural systems, equipment, and other applications. Silicone products include sheets and extruded profiles in different shapes and hardness levels.
Plastic components and assemblies are produced through injection molding. Customer-specific geometries are supported by in-house mold development and tooling.
Equipment & Infrastructure
Yunli's production facilities include injection molding machines, rubber-processing equipment, automated production lines, tooling facilities, and laboratory equipment.
Injection molding equipment is used for plastic components and molded parts. Rubber-processing equipment supports compounding, extrusion, and profile production. Automated lines support repeat production, while laboratory equipment is used for material testing and compound development.
Quality Control
Yunli's quality control covers materials, production processes, and finished products.
Incoming materials are checked against applicable specifications before entering production. During manufacturing, relevant characteristics such as dimensions, hardness, process conditions, and appearance are monitored. Finished products are inspected before packaging and shipment.
For rubber products, applicable inspection items include hardness, tensile strength, elongation, compression set, dimensional accuracy, and surface condition. Product-specific testing may also include aging, ozone, and UV-related performance.

Product Development & OEM
Yunli works with customer drawings, samples, and technical specifications to develop rubber and plastic components for specific applications. Development requirements can include dimensions and tolerances, material and hardness, color, operating temperature, environmental conditions, and packaging.
For sealing profiles, Yunli produces custom cross-sections in solid or sponge rubber, with options including co-extrusion, adhesive backing, cut-to-length production, and customized packaging. The same development process covers tooling, material selection, sampling, and production according to the approved specifications.
